SPINAL ADJUSTMENTS

We utilize a variety of techniques to ensure each patient gets the right adjustment. We combine manual muscle testing, motion palpation, and leg length analysis to deliver a precise and specific adjustment. Specificty is key in ensuring you get the best results. A well-aligned spine means a better functioning nervous system.

EXTREMITY ADJUSTMENTS

Just like in the spine, we use a variety of techniques to ensure a specific and accurate adjustment is made. We treat a variety of extremity complaints, including knees, shoulders, hips, hands, feet, wrists, elbows, TMJ and more. Arthritis is a common cause of joint pain. Keeping the joints well-aligned may provide pain relief and slow the progression of the disease.

APPLIED KINESIOLOGY

Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a technique that uses manual muscle testing and other standard diagnostic tools to evaluate the structural, chemical and mental aspects of health. One or more of these three components play a role in all health issues. This technique helps us identify the root cause of health problems and prioritize treatment based on the body's needs at that time.

NUTRITION AND SUPPLEMENT TESTING

Using manual muscle testing and other diagnostic tools, we provide patients with dietary recommendations, suggestions for lifestyle changes and recommendations for whole-food supplements and herbs. We recognize that each patient has different needs, and we tailor our recommendations to each patient's physiological make-up and nutritional needs.

PRENATAL, POSTNATAL, AND PEDIATRIC CARE

We provide safe and gentle care for the whole family. Chiropractic adjustments help provide a more comfortable pregnancy and post-partum experience. Nutritional recommendations can be made to ensure mom and baby are recieving the support they need during this crucial time. Chiropractic adjustments are beneficial for new-borns and children of all ages, as the birthing process puts immense pressure on the child's developing spine.

SPINAL DECOMPRESSION

We have two spinal decompression tables for both the cervical and lumbar spine. This therapy works great for providing relief to patients with low-back and/or neck pain caused by disc bulges or compression in the spine. This therapy helps to open up the joints in the spine, releiving pressure from the nerves. This also increases blood flow to the affected area, which allows for a more speedy recovery.

THERAPEUTIC ULTRASOUND

Therapeutic ultrasound is a safe an effective treatment that can help speed up healing to damaged tissues. It works by improving circulation to the area, improving mobility, and reducing pain and inflammation.

THERAPEUTIC LASER

Therapeutic laser helps to reduce healing time to injured muscles and ligaments. This therapy can help to decrease pain and inflammation to the injured area.

KINESIO TAPING

Kinesio taping helps to provide support to injuries, as well as increase circulation. This therapy also helps reduce pain and inflammation.
